Re-plots 01
Someone’s walking the trailer with last week’s roll.
The crew might already be building off a superseded sheet.

If this sounds familiar
If this is your morning, you’re who we built for.
The walk 02
Compare means a walk back to the trailer.
Two sheets, one table, and the work stops while you look.
Rev 02 vs Rev 03
The call 03
“Can you send me the submittal for that unit?”
The shop drawing is in someone’s inbox, not at the unit.

Revision overlays
Put any revision over the current one. Red is gone, blue is new, black is both.
Overlay any two sheets
Architectural over mechanical to check the duct clears the wall. Level 2 over Level 3 to line up risers. On a phone or tablet.
Scaled measurements
Set the scale, or use a 1:N marker on the sheet. Tap start, tap end, get millimetres.
Tags open the shop drawing
An equipment tag on the sheet can open the shop drawing on the right page after the detected marks are confirmed.
Markup layers
A layer for each trade or topic, including tasks and RFIs. Show the one the huddle needs.
Offline in the apps
In the iOS and Android apps, save the project or the folders you need. Those sheets open with no signal, and markups sync when you are back in range. The browser needs a connection.
Changes filed for you
Forward site instructions and bulletins to the project’s address and the sheets file into place, with the write-up kept alongside.
Free viewers
Unlimited free viewers on every plan. People are added per project. There is no shared generic login.

Before you try it
Questions we hear from site teams.
If yours isn’t here, email contact@constructified.com and a person answers.
Do my crews need paid seats?
No. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan. You pay for the people who upload and manage the set.
What if there’s no signal on the floor?
Save the project or the folders you need in the iOS or Android app. Those sheets open with no signal. The browser needs a connection. The app reopens with no signal for up to 48 hours after it last connected.
We already run a project management system.
Keep it. Constructified runs the drawings and the field. Start on one job.
Do revisions eat my sheet count?
No. Revisions don’t count as sheets on any plan.
