Drawings
Stop building off last week’s set.
The live set on phone, tablet, and browser. Superseded sheets stay flagged. Revisions do not count as sheets.
- Markups and measurements on the sheet. Set the scale, or use a 1:N marker the sheet already has.
- Markup layers so a trade or a topic can be shown on its own.
- Revision overlay. Compare two revisions, or overlay another sheet and line it up.
- Tasks on the sheet, with notifications. A task is pinned to the drawing, not lost in email.
- Shop-drawing tags. A detected equipment tag can open the shop drawing after you confirm the mark.
- Offline in the iOS and Android apps. Save the project or the folders you need. Those sheets open with no signal. Markups sync when the device is back in range. The browser needs a connection. The app reopens with no signal for up to 48 hours after it last connected.
On the same sheet
Questions and tasks stay with the drawing.
RFIs are on paid drawing plans. Track a question to the answer from the job that already holds the set. The Free plan includes the drawing set and the Shop Drawings Log. Specifications are on paid plans too.
Coming soon: workforce tools, including employee profiles, certificates, and payroll. Not in the product today.
Safety
Pre-starts on the device the crew already has.
Nine forms: pre-start, supervisor weekly, safe work plan, crane lift, toolbox talk, site inspection, equipment pre-use, incident, and worker write-up. The crew signs on the supervisor’s phone or tablet. Signers do not need an account.
- Fill and sign offline in the iOS and Android apps. Photos need a connection.
- Completed forms download as PDF. On the web app, Export packet merges them into one PDF. There is no CSV export.
- $79/month standalone or with Pro, $49/month on Business, included on Portfolio. Not bundled with Tools.
Add Safety in Billing after the company exists.
Tool inventory
Who has it, and which job.
- Ship out and Return to crib. The register records the move.
- Requests, returns, monthly counts, rentals, and back orders.
- Inspection dates are optional, per tool.
- With no signal, the apps can show the register you already saved. Sending a tool out needs a connection.
- Same price ladder as Safety. Tools-only is fine.
Takeoff
Measure on the sheet. Export Excel.
Quantities are measured on the drawing, grouped in zones you name, and exported to Excel. A zone can be a floor, an area, or any other cut.
